Pursuant to the deliberations held in the 6th CoC meeting of Matrix Gas & Renewables Limited , the Resolution Professional has re-issued a Form G on 31st July 2026 inviting fresh Expressions of Interest from eligible Prospective Resolution Applicants for submission of Resolution Plans for Matrix Gas & Renewables Limited, which is undergoing the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process.
Interested parties are requested to download the re-issued Form G and the Detailed EOI Process Document. As this is a fresh Resolution Plan Process, all interested applicants are required to submit fresh EOI documents in accordance with the timelines and requirements specified therein.
Kindly note that the fresh Resolution Plan Process and the timelines stipulated therein are subject to the approval of the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (“NCLT”)
